This small and adorable medieval town delights its visitors with its cultural sights, such as castles and mansions, churches and memorials. When in Škofja Loka, you might get the feeling that you are in a completely different era, a time of horse-drawn carriages swirling around town. You can visit the Homan House, Martin House, the old town hall (rotovž) and granary, and make sure you also visit the blast furnace (plavž), former muffle furnace for production of pig iron.
